#  Click on User Defined Paper.
#  Add New name as McCamish with width 20cm and Height 7cm remaining should be zero
    Click Save 

#  Click on Paper Quality
#  Click on Colour
#  Click on Advanced


# Select Paper size as McCamish



# Select Print Quality as 120 x 144 dots per inch


# Select ICM  Method as ICM handed by Printer


Mozilla Firefox Settings


# Press F10
# File----------------> Page Setup
# Click on Margins & Header/footer

# Enter margins as Top: 0, Left: 0, Right : 0.5 , Bottom : 0.5 (Inches)
# Select Header & Footer as BLANK
