Use the application's Backup / Restore feature if available. Save backups to a secure location separate from the computer running the application. Before restoring a backup, confirm that it is the correct file and understand that restoring may replace current data. Do not edit database files manually unless you know the database format and have a verified backup.

7. TROUBLESHOOTING

• Login does not work: check the User ID and password, keyboard Caps Lock, and whether the account is active.

• A branch or office is missing: add or correct it in the relevant master list, then return to the allotment screen.

• Report values look incorrect: verify the selected date/range, employee details, daily allotments, status entries and establishment configuration.

• Application or database error: note the exact error message, stop repeated edits if data integrity may be affected, preserve a backup, and contact the application maintainer.

• Data not appearing after save: refresh or reopen the relevant list and verify whether the record was saved before entering it again.

8. IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

This README is based on the supplied sample interface and SOP content. It does not verify that every menu or feature is implemented in the installed program, and it does not replace the application's own technical documentation. Menu availability and exact behavior may vary by build.
