1.Admin office user with the "Dealing Assistant Service Book (Maker)" role can update the mobile number by navigating to : Personnel Information System (PIS) -> PIS Utilities -> Edit
Communication Details.

2.Admin Office supervisor with the "Supervisor (Service Book Supervisor - SP/SSP, etc.)" role can approve the updated communication details by going to:

PIS -> PIS Utilities ->Approve Communication Details.
