Impact of Non-Completion pre rollout activities in APT 2.0

6	Authority Mapping for all the Posts	Prerequisite for Role Assignment
7	Role Assignment	Counter operations cannot be possible if not assigned
8	Budget Updation	This is required to validate the consumption and pending balance of the Budget allocation
9	Schedule Creation/Modification	Cannot dispatch bags if not created properly
10	DML Maintenance	Cannot close bags if not created
11	Treasury data validation (Authorised balances and cash office/bank mapping)	Post Office cash transactions will not happen if not mapped properly Bill payment services
12	Create Sets for all Mail offices	Mail transmission will not happen if not created
13	On-board Outsource Resource/ Substitute (If required)	Outsource Staff and Substitutes will not be able to work

23	Batch – Beat Management	If not done Postman duties will be disrupted
24	Bulk Addressee and Bulk Payee Mapping	If not while booking bulk customers it will take more time
25	Counter Configuration	If not done not able to do Counter work
26	Cheque Validation	If not done cheque issuance will be a problem
27	Pensioners Data Validation	Pension disbursement will be an issue if not validated
28	Leave Balance Update	Impact the Leave Balance of the official
29	Customer data validation (PDA)	If not done PDA balance mismatch issue will occur
30	Pay- Roll	Will impact the pay, pension, recover, advance, recovery etc.. of the officials
